Edmund Alleyn's Québec City Studio decorated
A commemorative bronze plaque was inaugurated on October 13 th 2009 on the first studio the artist occupied. The Club des Collectionneurs en arts visuels de Québec and l'Atelier du Bronze (Inverness), collaborated on this project. The old stables, now a garage behind the house of Architect Georges Leahy, was used in the 1950's by the artist as a studio. EXHIBITIONS

This flamboyant series, painted in France between 1962 and 1964, was presented to the Montreal public last fall by Galerie Simon Blais. VISIT the exhibition with the artist’s daughter.
